Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TradeAssi ("the Service", tradeassi.com), operated by Bincoti, S.A., a company incorporated in the Republic of Panama ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

TradeAssi is a non-custodial aggregator and interface for crypto trading, analytics, and prediction markets. We do not hold user funds, do not take the opposite side of any trade or bet, and do not act as a counterparty, broker-dealer, exchange, market maker, or settlement agent. All transactions occur directly between your wallet (or your own exchange account, via your own API keys) and the underlying third-party protocols and venues, including but not limited to Hyperliquid (perpetual swaps), Polymarket (prediction markets), and centralized exchanges (Binance, Bybit, OKX, MEXC). Order matching, custody, settlement, oracle resolution, and payout are performed by those third parties, not by TradeAssi. The Service does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice; all content is informational. You acknowledge and accept the smart-contract, oracle, protocol, and exchange risks associated with each third-party venue you choose to interact with through our interface.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to your use of the Service, including securities, tax, and crypto-asset regulation in your country.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tradeassi.com of any unauthorized access.

4. Fees and Billing

All core features of the Service (strategies, alerts, backtesting, marketplace and exchange connections) are free of charge with no subscription. Optional AI features are billed pay-as-you-use from prepaid AI credits that you purchase in US dollars via a supported crypto payment processor. Credits do not expire. We may change AI pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Refunds

Credit purchases are final. Unused credits remain on your account and never expire. Refunds of unused credits are reviewed case by case — contact support@tradeassi.com. Statutory rights under applicable consumer-protection law are unaffected.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; (b) resell access or share accounts; (c) use the Service to commit fraud, market manipulation, or any illegal activity; (d) attempt to disrupt or overload the Service.

7. Risk Disclosure

Crypto trading carries substantial risk, including total loss of capital. Past performance of any strategy, backtest, or signal does not guarantee future results. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, content, and trademarks, is owned by Bincoti, S.A. You retain ownership of strategies and content you create; by publishing to the marketplace you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute within the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time from the dashboard.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bincoti, S.A. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any trading losses arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Panama City, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-law protections in your jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
